Role: FP&A Senior Associate
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Chennai
Shift Timing: 3:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Education:
Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly preferred
Key Skills:
Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis
Good to have: MS Excel, Strong English Communication
Job Description:
Prepare and assist in long-term and short-term budgets and forecasts
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost, expenses, and capital expenditures
Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze reasons for variances
Provide detailed insights and commentary on financial performance and unusual trends
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand variances and provide accurate analysis
Manage and enhance budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, and financial modeling tools
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Work with Business Intelligence tools and dashboards
Drive process improvements and evaluate ROI for various business initiatives
Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making
Provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management
Support senior management and department heads with in-depth financial analysis
