Job Title : Fixed Assets Accounting – Team Member
Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Fixed Assets Accounting – Team Member with 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of activities.
The role includes fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, asset reconciliations, lease accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
The candidate should have a good understanding of Fixed Assets Accounting, Lease Accounting, IFRS 16 / ASC 842, reconciliations, accounting controls, and compliance. Experience with SAP/JDE and Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Fixed Assets Accounting – Capitalization & Depreciation
- Lease Accounting – Basic knowledge of IFRS 16 / ASC 842
- Account Reconciliations & Month-End Close
- Accounting & Compliance
- Strong Attention to Detail & Accuracy
- SAP / JDE knowledge
- MS Excel, including lookups, pivots, and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Documentation and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform end-to-end Fixed Assets Accounting activities including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and asset reconciliation.
- Process lease accounting transactions including lease recognition, remeasurement, modifications, and reporting support.
- Prepare and validate balance sheet reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items within defined timelines.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit guidelines, and company policies.
- Provide required support during internal and external audits.
- Complete activities within defined SLAs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
- Maintain process documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
- Support reporting, analysis, and data-related activities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounts.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
