Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and business intelligence activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in FP&A, team management, stakeholder management, Oracle ERP/EPM tools, and financial analytics. This role involves leading a team, managing service delivery, and partnering with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Prepare financial models, MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
Manage and mentor the FP&A team while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance of the FP&A function.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic financial recommendations.
Drive resource planning, customer management, and stakeholder engagement.
Utilize Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and business insights.
Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial system enhancements.
Present financial performance and business recommendations to senior leadership.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.
7–10 years of relevant FP&A experience.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
