Position Title: Fare Filing Distribution

Location: Mumbai or Gurugram (Gurgaon) - Candidates must currently reside in Mumbai or Gurugram only

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Shift: Rotational

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong English communication skills to handle fare filing and distribution tasks. Key responsibilities include:

Manually creating uploadable fare sheets in accordance with airline policies and standard procedures.

Filing and updating fares based on provided information.

Managing rule conditions such as eligibility, date/time, seasonality, flight application, combinations, advance purchase, negotiated fares, surcharges, blackouts, automated changes and cancellations, fare by rule, footnotes, and routing maps.

Handling special fare filing activities, including YQ/YR, optional and ancillary services, branded fares, and Charts 1 & 2.

Performing quality assurance checks in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.

Proficiency in fare pricing and troubleshooting entries in GDS platforms.

Strong knowledge of world geography and fare construction.

Validating fares and rules data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Identifying inconsistencies in fare and rule systems.

Staying updated with industry trends and procedural changes.

Mandatory Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) – non-negotiable.

International BPO experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Experience in the travel industry.

Excellent English communication skills.
