Role Name: Digital Designer

Expectations for role and details for candidate briefing:
The Design function is responsible for developing digital and other designs-led assets, producing fully branded, exacting designs.
The Design team specializes in one or more of the following areas of design: HTML, responsive web; interactive; infographics; data visualization; tablet/handhelds, publications, advertising, user experience, sales material and event and environmental design.
The engagement is with one of our customers in the US. The work will be performed from Bangalore in India covering a complete IST night shift. Designers will be responsible for the creation of different assets such as presentations, reports, advertisements, and other things. In addition, they will also be responsible for editing and creating templates in the customer applications.

Key Responsibilities:
●Follow direction and have strong follow-through.
●Maintain quality, consistency, and timeliness on production schedules, revisions, and deadlines.
●Collaborate with design and non-design staff to execute a range of projects.
●Own multiple projects through execution with complete accountability.
●Contribute to superior visual designs using deep knowledge of brand guidelines.

Required skills and qualifications:
●Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (focusing on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
●Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
●Experience working with HTML & CSS
●Analytical ability to identify opportunities where design interventions can effectively address client challenges.
●Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
●Freehand illustrations (on paper) and/or digital illustrations (on PC)
