We're Hiring – Delivery Manager | HR Operations | HRO | Service Delivery
We are hiring an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale HR Operations (HRO) and Shared Services Delivery for global enterprise clients.
This leadership role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in HR Operations, Service Delivery, Client Relationship Management, Digital Transformation, People Management, SLA Governance, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HR Technology, and Process Excellence.
If you have successfully managed large operations, delivered transformation initiatives, and led high-performing teams in HR Shared Services or BPO environments, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end HR Operations and Service Delivery for global clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Manage large delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Own Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Drive HR Transformation and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Lead governance meetings, business reviews (QBR/MBR), and executive reporting.
• Ensure quality, compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
• Support project transitions and large-scale HR outsourcing engagements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Technology, and Customer leadership teams.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, and leadership coaching.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve delivery quality.
Required Skills
• 8–15 years of experience in HR Operations or Service Delivery

• Experience in HR Transformation and Process Automation
• Experience in Project Management and Transition Management
