Hiring: Delivery Excellence Partner

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Excellence / Lean Six Sigma professional to drive process improvement, quality, transformation and business excellence initiatives across FAO/BPO operations.

Must Have:
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• 10+ years of overall experience
• 4+ years in Lean Six Sigma/Transformation for FAO processes
• BPO/Service industry experience
• Strong Process Improvement & Quality experience
• Willingness to work in all shifts and travel as required

Qualification: M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / ICWA / Engineering with relevant transformation expertise.
