Role: Team Member – Voice requirement - Mandarin Language
Band: BPO 3 (upto 8 LPA)
Location: Mumbai / Kolkata
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTTIVE (ENG + MAND) FOR ATLEAST 2 YEARS
Proficient in Mandarin Writing, Comprehension and Speaking skills as well and equivalent ability & capability in the English language as well; as this resource will be catering to the following channels of customer service:
- Inbound Voice Queue
- Email Queries received from the customer
- Respond to the customer queries received in Mandarin (subject to the request from the customer to respond in Mandarin)
