New Opportunity: Compliance & Risk Manager
We are hiring a Compliance & Risk Manager to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Gitanjali Park, Kolkata
Shift: AU/NZ Time Zone (Early morning start – 4/5 AM)
Experience: 8 – 12 Years
Work Mode: Onsite (5 days/week)
Role Purpose
This role focuses on designing and implementing compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring governance processes are effectively executed to meet organizational and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance frameworks aligned with business needs
Conduct compliance assessments and risk mitigation planning
Ensure adherence to TAT and accuracy targets
Prepare dashboards and governance reports
Provide daily updates and engage with stakeholders
Identify process gaps and implement control measures
Present compliance reports in governance forums

Education & Certifications
Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
Degree in Finance/Accounts (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter)
Preferred: Compliance certification from a recognized institution
Technical Skills
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of SAP or any ERP system
Soft Skills
Strong communication & stakeholder engagement
High accountability and self-motivation
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Additional Requirements
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Willingness to work in ANZ shift (early hours)
Flexible and positive attitude toward business needs
