Credit To Cash (C2C) Delivery Manager
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Shift: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Band: BPO5 / BPO6
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in any stream – B.Com, M.Com, or similar preferred
Candidates should be flexible with rotational and night shifts
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply
PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership
Own and govern the complete Credit to Cash lifecycle including credit management, billing, cash application, collections, dispute management, and month-end closing.
Ensure seamless and standardized service delivery across regions and business units.
Maintain delivery stability while managing operational complexity and scale.
2. Service Level & Performance Management
Define, monitor, and achieve SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Drive improvements in DSO, overdue balances, dispute cycle time, and cash flow.
Establish governance through dashboards, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
Identify operational risks proactively and implement mitigation plans.
3. Leadership & People Management
Lead a multi-layered team comprising Team Leads, Managers, and SMEs.
Drive succession planning, mentoring, and leadership development.
Manage hiring strategy, productivity, utilization, and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders and external clients.
Handle escalations related to disputes, compliance, service delivery, and financial risk.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Operations teams.
Lead MBRs and QBRs with senior leadership and clients.
5. Financial & Cash Flow Management
Drive strong collections and credit control strategies.
Support bad debt provisioning, write-offs, and risk exposure management.
Provide analytical insights on aging trends, customer behavior, and revenue risks.
Ensure accurate forecasting of cash inflows and operational costs.
6. Governance, Controls & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SOX controls, audits, and company compliance standards.
Strengthen SOPs, process documentation, and risk control matrices.
Lead internal and external audits with minimal observations.
7. Transitions, Migrations & Program Management
Lead transitions, migrations, and scope expansion projects.
Ensure successful knowledge transfer, stabilization, and change management.
Manage transformation and integration programs effectively.
8. Continuous Improvement & Automation
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.
Identify opportunities for RPA, AI, and workflow improvements.
Reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
9. Systems & Technology Enablement
Partner with IT for ERP enhancements (SAP/Oracle).
Support UAT, hypercare, and system implementation activities.
Ensure systems support compliance and operational efficiency.
10. Strategic Contribution
Support long-term C2C strategy and operating model development.
Participate in benchmarking and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Represent C2C delivery in leadership forums.
