Main Purpose of role
▪ This role supports the HR Operations team of our client. The role requires the incumbent to work from and hire Blue Collar candidates for Tata Motors Plant at Location Name
Domain Skills
▪ Understanding of Blue-Collar Hiring market
▪ Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes like, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordinating across stakeholders, etc.
▪ Rigour in Managing open positions
▪ Willingness to travel to ITI institute to create eligible pool and hiring
▪ Analytical skills
▪ Good communication to manage discussions with Candidates and Hiring manager
▪ Experience of hiring NAPS / NATS & Temp workforce is an added advantage.
3. Knowledge, skills and experience
Technical experience required (e.g. – MS Excel, MS Word, System Knowledge to basic / intermediate / expert level)
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP
Experience of handling a wide range of diverse, sensitive activities within a customer facing environment.
5. Key Result Areas
Delivery of an effective, efficient and timely hiring in line with agreed service levels, regulatory guidelines and statutory/legal requirements.
