Hiring: Telecom Network Planning Associate – Ethernet Planning

Shift: UK shifts primarily | Must be comfortable with 24×7 shifts

Role

Join a telecom delivery team supporting enterprise customers through the end-to-end Ethernet & Fibre service journey—from planning and survey to build, commissioning and activation.

Key Skills

Excellent English communication & customer handling
Telecom order lifecycle & service delivery
Ethernet, Fibre & FTTx/FTTP
Network planning & provisioning
Stakeholder coordination & problem solving
Excel, reporting & operational tracking
Exposure to OSS/BSS, inventory or provisioning tools is a plus

Who Can Apply?

Professionals with experience in Telecom Operations, Ethernet Delivery, Fibre Planning, Network Planning, Service Delivery or Customer Experience.

Minimum 15 years regular full-time education (10+2+3). Engineering/IT/Telecom graduates preferred.

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
