Team Member – Talent Acquisition
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Member – Talent Acquisition with experience in blue-collar hiring to support our client's HR Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination and timely closure of open requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for plant locations.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Manage open positions and ensure timely hiring within agreed service levels.
Visit ITI institutes to build a pipeline of eligible candidates and conduct recruitment activities.
Support hiring for NAPS, NATS and temporary workforce requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and hiring data.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of the blue-collar hiring market.
Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, screening and recruitment coordination.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook and SAP.
Willingness to travel to ITI institutes for recruitment activities.
Qualifications & Experience
2–3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
Prior experience in blue-collar or plant-level recruitment.
Experience in NAPS, NATS and temporary workforce hiring is an added advantage.
Ability to handle diverse and sensitive activities in a customer-facing environment.
Expected Outcomes
Deliver effective, efficient and timely recruitment in accordance with agreed service levels, regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
