Job Description – Team Lead, Employee Benefits
Location: Pune
Experience: 6–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Employee Benefits to manage claims and reimbursement operations, lead a team of processors, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and handle stakeholder queries and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
Review claims processed by the team for accuracy and completeness.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the processing team.
Act as the SPOC for stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing timely updates.
Manage escalations and ensure effective resolution.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud indicators, and process improvement opportunities.
Prepare and publish performance reports and metrics for leadership.
Maintain process documentation and support cross-skilling of team members.
Ensure consistent achievement of SLA and KPI targets.
Drive accuracy, quality, and timely completion of claims/reimbursement activities.
Required Experience & Skills
6–10 years of experience in claims/reimbursement processing, preferably travel claims.
Experience in team management or team leadership.
Commerce Graduate.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP.
Good understanding of claims review, reporting, and process compliance.
