About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead – Buyer to lead sourcing and procurement operations within the Supply Chain function. The role involves managing procurement delivery, leading a team, handling client relationships, driving operational excellence, mitigating risks, and ensuring SLA, quality, and business objectives are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sourcing, and Procurement.
Experience leading procurement or buyer teams in a shared services or enterprise environment.
Strong experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience handling domestic and international suppliers/customers.
Knowledge of contract administration, procurement operations, and risk management.
Experience monitoring delivery, quality, KPIs, and exception management.
Exposure to Oracle, SAP, or other ERP sourcing modules.
Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, analytical, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, MBA, or related field (preferred).
Supply Chain Management certifications are an added advantage.

Eligibility

5–7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Procurement is mandatory.
Team handling and client management experience is required.
Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP sourcing modules is preferred.
