Role: Tax Accounting Lead

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8–12 Years
Band: BPO 4/5
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
Shift: Night Shift

Job Description

TCS is hiring experienced professionals for the Tax Accounting Lead role. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sales & Use Tax, Tax Accounting, Oracle ERP, service delivery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sales & Use Tax compliance and tax accounting operations.
Manage tax reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger tax balances.
Oversee Service Delivery, SLA/KPI governance, and stakeholder management.
Lead and mentor the tax accounting team.
Drive process improvements and automation using Oracle ERP.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's/CPA/CA/CMA/CMI preferred).
8–12 years of Finance & Accounting/Tax Accounting experience.
Strong experience in Oracle ERP, Tax Accounting, and Team Management.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
