Job Title: Talent Consultation Analyst
Location: Mumbai

About the Role
TCS is looking for experienced HR professionals to join the Talent Consultation team. This role involves end-to-end ownership of HR disciplinary case management, policy guidance, employee relations support, and stakeholder consultation within a US HR environment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with experience handling complex employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of HR disciplinary cases from initiation to resolution.
Handle cases related to attendance management, call avoidance, job abandonment, unauthorized settlements, and other employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and applicable legal requirements.
Provide guidance and consultation to managers regarding disciplinary actions and HR policies.
Interpret and apply HR policies consistently and fairly across cases.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all disciplinary cases.
Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders throughout the case management process.
Prepare reports, presentations, and trend analysis related to disciplinary cases.
Provide empathetic support and guidance to employees during disciplinary proceedings.
Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve complex employee relations issues.
Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to improve HR processes and service delivery.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Consulting, or HR Case Management.
Experience managing disciplinary cases within a US HR environment.
Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with US labor laws and HR best practices.
Comfortable handling client and employee calls as part of the role.
Preferred Skills
Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills.
Experience working in a shared services or global HR environment.
Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
Work Environment
Office-based role with potential flexibility based on business requirements.
Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts.
