We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in Blue Collar Recruitment to support large-scale hiring for manufacturing operations. If you have expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and volume hiring, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in talent acquisition while partnering with key business stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 1–10 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations

- Experience in high-volume hiring for manufacturing, industrial, or plant operations

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP

- Experience hiring NAPS, NATS, or temporary workforce is an advantage

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Willingness to travel to ITI institutes for candidate sourcing and hiring initiatives

Eligibility

- Locations: Pune, Lucknow, or Pant Nagar (Uttarakhand)

- Mandatory experience in Blue Collar Hiring

- PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
