We are hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Financial Master Data Management with 4–8 years of experience to drive enterprise-wide financial master data governance, system integrity, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle ERP, Financial Master Data Management (MDM), Vendor & Customer Master Data, Chart of Accounts (COA), SOX Controls, and Stakeholder Management. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient master data processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and govern Financial Master Data across Oracle ERP platforms.
Maintain and optimize Chart of Accounts (COA), Business Units (BU), Cost Centers, Departments, and Legal Entity hierarchies.
Administer Vendor and Customer Master Data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Perform master data creation, validation, maintenance, mass updates, and system mapping using Oracle ERP tools.
Implement and monitor Master Data Governance standards, SoD policies, and SOX controls.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete and accurate master data records.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve master data issues.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP system enhancements.
Monitor service levels (SLAs), data quality, and operational performance.
Prepare reports, documentation, and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Oracle ERP.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.
Experience with Oracle ERP utilities such as FBDI, WebADI, or ADFDI is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
