Education:

 Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Skills:

 Excellent Understanding of Sourcing / Procurement

 Experience of working as a Team Leader of Sourcing / Procurement process

 Experience of managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.

 Knowledge of MS Office

 Exposure to ERP (Oracle, Coupa & SAP)

 Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

 Collaboration and Influencing

 Team Leadership

 Analytical skills

 Result orientation

Responsibilities:

 Manages teams of 10-15 members, including recruitment, training, and attrition of the team

members.

 Initiate process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation initiatives

 Manage processes and the metrics on a day-to-day basis.

 Ensure delivery and meet SLAs.

 Liaises with client organization for any delivery requirement.

 Resolve queries coming from both requesters and suppliers.

 Contract & Catalog creation, administration, and compliance monitoring.

 Support category teams with administrative tasks such as spend consolidations (rework

some data), review purchase orders, etc.

 Identify and resolve exceptions.

 Liaises with client organization for any delivery requirement.

 Process improvement.

 Ensures robust governance, controls & compliance.

 Initiates process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation programs

 Identify potential risk and work out mitigation plan.

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
