RTR SME – Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Noida
Experience: 8–10 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 3
Shift: ANZ Shift – Starting 2–3 AM IST
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RTR (Record to Report) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a Chartered Accountant qualification and strong experience in accounting operations, transition management, process improvement, and customer/stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex RTR activities including journal entries, month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed asset and lease accounting.
Research open items and drive them to closure within agreed timelines.
Ensure TAT, accuracy and quality targets are consistently achieved.
Perform quality checks and provide feedback to Senior Associates and SMEs.
Identify process gaps, internal control risks and potential errors, and implement corrective actions.
Support new joiners and team members as an SME/buddy.
Manage customer communication through regular calls, emails and progress updates.
Prepare dashboards and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and risk mitigation.
Support month-end/quarter-end close activities and extended working hours when required.
Required Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Strong RTR/R2R subject matter expertise
Proven SME experience
Experience in transition management
Customer and stakeholder management
Month-end closing and financial reporting
Journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)

Important Eligibility
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
PAN and DOB will be required for profile creation.
Candidate should be willing to work from the Noida office.
Candidate should be comfortable with the ANZ shift starting at 2–3 AM IST and extended hours during critical business periods.
