Hiring: RTR SME – CA | Noida

Experience: 8–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Shift: ANZ Shift (Starting 2–3 AM IST)
Band: BPO 3

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex RTR processes, journal entries & month-end close
• Manage Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Perform reporting, quality checks & internal control reviews
• Identify process gaps, errors & improvement opportunities
• Manage customer interactions, updates & escalations
• Support transitions, governance and team members
• Prepare dashboards using Excel & PowerPoint

Must Have:
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong RTR / Record-to-Report expertise
• Proven SME & transition experience
• Customer/stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excel & PowerPoint proficiency preferred

Work from Office | Flexibility for extended hours during close
