Job Title: RTR (Record-to-Report) Analyst

Location: Chennai

Role Overview

TCS is hiring an RTR (Record-to-Report) Analyst to support Record-to-Report finance operations, including General Ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close activities, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires experience with SAP/SAP S4 HANA, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to maintain high-quality financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform General Ledger accounting activities.
Execute month-end and period-end close activities.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Handle fixed asset accounting.
Create and manage internal orders.
Support financial reporting activities.
Maintain accounting accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).
Maintain query logs and documentation.
Support system testing and UAT.
Coordinate with finance and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–8 years of RTR / General Ledger experience.
General Ledger Accounting.
Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
Month-End Close.
Journal Entries.
SAP / SAP S4 HANA.
ERP Experience.
Advanced MS Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Financial Reporting.
