Education:
Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance
CA / CPA (Highly Preferred)

RTR (Record to Report)
Team Handling / Leadership
Good to Have:
MS Excel
Strong English Communication Skills
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a BPS team of 80–100+ members
Ensure effective stakeholder management and align with business expectations
Review business requirements and drive user satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for client executive management
Drive transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements
Contribute to project growth and revenue generation
Ensure high employee engagement and retention
Handle conflict resolution and manage team performance
Prioritize multiple deadlines and ensure timely delivery
Work across FP&A and RTR, with working knowledge of PTP and OTC
Analyze complex financial reports and ensure accuracy
Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and guidelines
Manage transitions and stabilize operations
Maintain team morale and efficiency
Resolve strategic and operational issues
