Job Title: Real Estate Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview
TCS is looking for a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves sourcing execution, supplier coordination, commercial analysis, contract administration, stakeholder management, spend analysis, and procurement governance while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sourcing events for real estate and facilities procurement categories.
Coordinate supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation.
Gather business requirements, technical specifications, budgets, and service levels.
Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance.
Maintain sourcing records, supplier information, pricing files, and contract trackers.
Track contract milestones, renewals, supplier commitments, and service issues.
Analyze supplier performance, pricing trends, and spend data.
Support supplier negotiations and review meetings.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Facilities teams.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approvals, and audit standards.

2–7 years of Sourcing / Procurement experience.
