Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead strategic sourcing and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, category management, supplier governance, and commercial negotiations, with a strong background in real estate, facilities management, and workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace-related spend categories while optimizing cost, quality, service, and risk.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance services, utilities, and workplace support services.
Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, including supplier identification, RFx management, commercial evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution.
Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to define sourcing requirements and business priorities.
Support site selection activities, lease negotiations, service contracts, and supplier governance initiatives.
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial benchmarks related to real estate and facilities procurement.
Establish supplier performance reviews, service-level governance, and issue resolution mechanisms to drive continuous improvement.
Deliver cost savings, demand optimization, contract value realization, and effective risk mitigation across sourcing portfolios.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract governance standards, delegated authority, and audit requirements.
Mentor team members and support the standardization of sourcing processes, reporting, and procurement best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or Project Management are an added advantage.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing high-value sourcing engagements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

8–15 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Commercial roles.
Significant experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Capital Projects, or Property-related sourcing.
Proven expertise in supplier governance, contract negotiations, and sourcing strategy execution.
