Job Title: Voice Customer Service Executive
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 Months
CTC Details:
Monthly CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000
Annual CTC: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3.4 LPA
Additional benefits may include shift allowance, incentives, and performance bonus
Job Overview:
TCS is hiring for a Voice Customer Service role suitable for candidates with experience in customer service, especially in telecom or technical support domains. The role involves handling customer interactions, service activation, billing support, and coordination with internal teams while ensuring high service quality and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months experience in customer service
Preferred domain: Telecom / Technical Services
Graduate or Undergraduate (relevant field preferred)
Strong English communication with a neutral accent
Good computer skills and accurate data entry ability
Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment (primarily Australian shift)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via voice with professionalism
Manage end-to-end service activation and assurance
Process customer requests including orders, billing, and post-activation support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and timelines
Escalate issues or dependencies when required
Book customer appointments and dispatch equipment
Maintain strict data privacy and security standards
Meet performance and customer service KPIs
Required Skills:

Analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to follow process guidelines
Multi-tasking and time management
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
