Job Title: Procurement Specialist with Russian Language - Hyderabad - 1 to 4 Years - Night Shift

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Flexible to work 5PM - 2:30AM and 10PM - 7AM

Industry: BPO / Procurement / Supply Chain / Language Support

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Russian Language Specialist to support global procurement operations. The role involves handling procurement transactions with a focus on Russian language inputs while ensuring adherence to client legal and statutory requirements, internal processes, and SLA commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient and accurate operations as part of the procurement team to meet SLA targets

Ensure on-time delivery of products and services

Support procurement and supply chain activities that require Russian language interpretation

Process PR / SC requests, perform due diligence checks, and support PO creation with Russian language inputs

Monitor productivity and accuracy on daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

Follow SOPs, training manuals, and quality guidelines for all deliverables

Ensure compliance with internal controls, deadlines, and client requirements

Maintain strong communication within the team and build effective relationships with stakeholders

Support Russian-language stakeholder communication for clarifications and query resolution

Participate in weekly client calls and business reviews as required

Handle requests with focus on timeliness and accuracy - receiving, validating, and processing

Manage queries from customers and third-party stakeholders and follow up on open items as per escalation matrix

Perform peer quality checks to minimize processing errors

Work on personal development plan in coordination with supervisor

Required Skills:

Mandatory: Proficiency in Russian - reading, writing, and speaking, with ability to understand and communicate process-related information

Good knowledge of Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, PR / SC handling, PO creation, and process compliance

Proficient in MS Office

Understanding of customer expectations around quality and productivity

Basic knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle

Education:

Minimum 15 years of full-time regular education - 10 + 2 +3
