Shift: Flexible Shifts (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Procurement Operations – Spanish Language Expert to support procurement and supply chain operations for global clients. The role involves providing Spanish language support, handling procurement requests, assisting with purchase order creation, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders while maintaining quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Spanish language support for procurement operations.
Review PR/SC requests and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Process procurement requests while meeting SLA and quality standards.
Support procurement and supply chain operations.
Handle customer and stakeholder queries in Spanish.
Follow up on open items and escalations.
Perform peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
Participate in client meetings and weekly business calls.
Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of relevant experience.
Spanish Language Proficiency (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
Procurement Operations.
Supply Chain Operations.
Purchase Requisition (PR) / Shopping Cart (SC).
Purchase Order (PO) Creation.
MS Office.
Process Compliance.
Customer & Stakeholder Management.
