Procurement Operations – Italian Resource

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Shift: Rotational Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Operations – Italian Resource to provide Italian language support for procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Italian communication skills along with knowledge of procurement processes, purchase order creation, supplier coordination, and stakeholder management while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Provide Italian language support for procurement operations.
Read, understand, and communicate procurement-related information in Italian.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Service Requests (SC).
Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and validation.
Perform due diligence and verification of procurement requests.
Ensure timely processing while meeting SLA and quality standards.
Monitor productivity and maintain operational accuracy.
Handle customer and stakeholder queries.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings and business communications.
Follow procurement SOPs and quality guidelines.
Support process improvement initiatives.
Perform peer quality checks and maintain documentation accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations or Supply Chain Operations.
Italian language proficiency is mandatory.
Knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
Experience with Purchase Requisition (PR), Service Requests (SC), and Purchase Orders (PO).
Good understanding of Procurement compliance and SLA management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Shift: Rotational Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
