Hiring: Process Associate – Voice Advanced

About the Role
Join an international Electricity & Gas Utilities customer-service process. Handle complex billing queries, complaints, escalations, retention conversations and difficult customers with empathy, accuracy and professionalism.

⭐ Requirements

2–5 years international voice customer-service experience preferred
Excellent spoken English and professional communication
Strong active listening, probing, objection handling and de-escalation skills
Experience handling complaints, escalations and complex queries
Strong ownership, empathy and problem-solving skills
Willing to work rotational/night shifts and weekends

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
