OTC Senior Associate

Location: Chennai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Non-technical graduation in Finance & Accounts stream such as B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced OTC Senior Associate with 3+ years of experience in the Finance & Accounts domain, specifically in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing O2C functions including billing, cash allocation, issue escalation, reporting, and accounts receivable activities.

Must-Have Skills

3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts (FnA) domain with O2C processes.
Experience in O2C functions such as Billing and Cash Allocation.
Ability to identify and highlight challenges/issues for timely guidance and resolution.
Experience in daily reporting.
Functional working experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Good analytical skills.
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in O2C processing.
MS Office skills.
Basic communication skills.
Customer service skills.
Data entry and PC proficiency.
General mathematical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, including billing and cash allocation.
Manage Accounts Receivable-related processes and ensure timely completion of activities.
Track and report daily process updates and highlight issues or challenges.
Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in transactions and data entry.
Track budget expenses as required.
Maintain healthy vendor relationships.
Work independently while meeting process requirements and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate good listening and customer service skills.
Maintain a well-organized and proactive approach to work.
Use ERP systems and MS Office tools for process-related activities.
Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts.

100% Work From Office (WFO).
Candidates must be willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
