About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Vendor Master Lead to oversee end-to-end Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you will manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier interactions, and procurement reporting while ensuring compliance with SLAs, process accuracy, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead process improvements, and support enterprise procurement initiatives using SAP ERP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

5–10 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Purchase Order Management.

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and procurement workflows.

Strong knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR) validation, Purchase Order (PO) creation, PO amendments, confirmations, expediting, and Vendor Master processes.

Experience handling supplier and stakeholder communications, reporting, SLA management, and issue resolution.

Strong people management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
