We are hiring Media Operations Specialists with experience in Broadcast Operations, Master Control, Media Mastering, Post Production, OTT Content Operations, and Media Asset Management. About the Role
As a Media Operations Specialist, you will support end-to-end broadcast and OTT media workflows, including media ingest, technical quality control, mastering, live channel operations, metadata management, asset lifecycle management, and content delivery. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality content delivery while meeting operational SLAs.

Qualifications
- 1–8 years of experience in Media Operations, Broadcast Operations, Master Control, Mastering, Post Production, OTT Operations, or Digital Media
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcast, Cinema, Post Production, or a related discipline is preferred
- Strong knowledge of media asset management, metadata, content ingest, and delivery workflows
- Experience with technical QC, mastering, broadcast playout, or media servicing
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment

Responsibilities
- Perform media ingest, transcoding, asset validation, and content preparation.
- Execute technical quality control for video, audio, subtitles, metadata, loudness, sync, and color compliance.
- Prepare transmission-ready master files and validate delivery formats such as IMF, ProRes, DCP, proxy files, captions, and timed text.
- Monitor live broadcast channels, playlists, transmission schedules, and resolve operational issues.
- Manage media assets, metadata accuracy, and content movement across broadcast and OTT platforms.
- Support Broadcast Management Systems, workflow integrations, migrations, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and product teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, governance, and service level agreements.
- Participate in process improvements, reporting, documentation, and operational reviews.
