Job Title : Lead Finance Analyst (PTP)

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Finance Analyst (PTP) with strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Finance & Accounting operations. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end PTP activities, including procurement, purchase order processing, invoice processing and resolution, payment processing, vendor reconciliations, and helpdesk queries.

The candidate will handle team responsibilities, client escalations, stakeholder management, and reporting to internal leadership. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under time pressure in a dynamic environment.

The candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, and be capable of preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly MIS reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The role also involves maintaining accurate SOPs, adhering to a strong control environment, identifying process gaps, and driving process improvements and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a result-oriented approach, strong client/stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work as a team player. Flexibility to work in shifts and work from the Nagpur location is required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations.
Handle procurement, PO processing, invoice processing, invoice resolution, and payment processing.
Perform vendor reconciliations and address helpdesk queries.
Manage client escalations and provide clear, concise responses to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and report to internal leadership.
Ensure SOPs are accurately documented, updated, and followed.
Prepare and articulate monthly/quarterly MIS reports.
Use advanced MS Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs for analysis and reporting.
Identify errors, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive process efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain strong attention to detail and adherence to the control environment.
Meet month-end and project-based deadlines.
Support cross-training and adapt effectively to changing business requirements.
Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, BBA, BCCA, or MBA.
Minimum 4 years of experience in PTP / Finance & Accounting operations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle teams and client escalations.
Result-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Flexible to work in shifts from the Nagpur location.
