Information Processing Specialist – Legal Operations
Location: Gandhinagar
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Information Processing Specialist to support our US Corporate Annual Filing Project. The role involves reviewing client-provided information, accessing US state/jurisdiction government websites, and accurately updating or filing annual corporate information on behalf of clients.
The position requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality and turnaround-time targets. The candidate should be comfortable working in US shifts and handling repetitive data-processing activities with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Access and navigate US state/jurisdiction government websites to file or update annual corporate information.
Review client-provided information and accurately update relevant details on government portals.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of filings.
Analyze discrepancies between client records and state records and take appropriate corrective action.
Maintain filing trackers, MIS, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Provide guidance and process support to team members on filing procedures and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
Handle sensitive corporate information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fast and accurate typing and data-entry skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to understand basic legal and corporate terminology.
Experience in data processing, compliance, legal operations, or corporate filing processes.
Familiarity with US corporate records, entity management, or regulatory compliance activities is preferred.
Experience working with web-based applications and government portals.
Strong process orientation and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to work in US shifts and flexible working hours based on business requirements.

Eligibility
Candidates with relevant experience in Legal Operations, Data Processing, Compliance, Corporate Filing, or related operations are preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work in US shifts / flexible working hours.
