Job title : India Benefits Specialist.
Job description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced India Benefits Specialist with 4–8 years of overall experience and 5–7 years of relevant hands-on experience in India Benefits Administration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee benefits processes, including National Pension Scheme (NPS) enrollments and advances, employee reimbursements, health and insurance enrollments and claims, vendor invoicing, and meal and fuel card programs.
The role requires a confident and professional individual with excellent English communication and presentation skills who can lead employee onboarding sessions, conduct monthly employee meetings, address employee queries, and effectively manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow (mandatory). Knowledge of Darwin is optional/added advantage. The position requires flexibility to work in a 24x7 shift environment based on geography and regional coverage requirements and is strictly work from office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Benefits Administration
- Manage NPS enrollments, advances, and employee reimbursements.
- Handle health and insurance enrollments, claims processing, and renewals.
- Administer employee meal and fuel card programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational benefits policies.
- Validate benefits deductions and coordinate with payroll processes.
- Maintain awareness of payroll processing timelines and cutoff dates.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits transactions.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and benefits vendors.
- Manage vendor invoicing and ensure timely payment processing.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and follow up on pending matters.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to address employee concerns.
- Maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
3. Employee Engagement
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and explain available benefits programs.
- Lead monthly employee meetings to address benefits-related queries.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding benefits policies and processes.
- Handle employee queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
4. Technical Proficiency
- Manage benefits processes using Workday and ServiceNow.
- Use Darwin where applicable; Darwin knowledge is an added advantage.
- Utilize reporting and analytics capabilities to monitor benefits performance.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in relevant systems.
5. Shift & Work Environment
- Work in a 24x7 shift environment based on geography and regional coverage requirements.
- Support employees across different time zones.
- Work strictly from the office; work from home is not available.
- Be flexible to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines without prompting.
- Ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of benefits activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years overall experience, with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in India Benefits Administration.
- Strong knowledge of India employee benefits processes.
- Workday – Mandatory.
- ServiceNow – Mandatory.
- Darwin – Optional / Added Advantage.
- Strong understanding of NPS, reimbursements, health insurance, benefits deductions, meal cards, and fuel cards.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and payroll cutoff dates.
- Exceptional command of English, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Confident and professional personality with the ability to lead meetings and employee sessions.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
