Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹6–7 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance HR technology systems while ensuring data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, HR systems experience, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
Configure system fields, workflows, and modules as required.
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT teams or vendors for resolution.
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
Generate and maintain recurring and ad-hoc HR reports.
Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Conduct data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development.
Support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and open enrollment.
Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
Deliver system training sessions to HR teams and managers.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.
Experience with at least one major HRIS platform (Infor preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).
Experience supporting HR system implementations or enhancements.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Additional Information
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Occasional travel to business or customer locations may be required.
