We are hiring experienced Trainers for two exciting opportunities. If you have expertise in Google Products or ServiceNow, we’d love to hear from you.

Opportunity 1: Trainer – Google Products

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Employment Type: Contractual

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* Experience delivering training on Google Products
* Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Certification is mandatory
* Experience managing onboarding and technical training programs
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning platforms
* Strong reporting and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver technical training sessions and onboarding programs
* Coordinate training schedules, logistics, learning materials, and platform access
* Manage learner enrollment and user access on learning platforms
* Track attendance, assessments, and learner progress
* Generate training effectiveness and performance reports
* Analyze feedback and continuously improve learning programs
* Maintain and enhance technical knowledge bases and training resources

Opportunity 2: ServiceNow Trainer

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* 7+ years of ServiceNow experience
* ServiceNow Certification is mandatory
* Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules, including:
* ITSM
* ITOM
* HRSD
* CSM
* Experience designing and delivering technical training programs
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver ServiceNow training programs
* Develop technical learning content and training materials
* Enable associates to build expertise across ServiceNow modules
* Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
* Assess learner progress and provide coaching where required
* Continuously improve training content and delivery methods
