Overview:

We are hiring a Russian Language Specialist for global procurement operations in Hyderabad. This role is for candidates proficient in Russian language who can support procurement transactions and ensure compliance with client requirements and SLAs.

Job Details:

Role: Procurement Specialist - Russian Language Support

Location: Hyderabad, India - Onsite

Experience: 1 to 4 Years in Procurement / Supply Chain

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Shift: Flexible to work 5 PM - 2:30 AM and 10 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities:

- Deliver efficient and accurate procurement operations to meet SLA targets

- Ensure on-time delivery of products and services

- Support procurement and supply chain activities requiring Russian language interpretation

- Process PR / SC requests, perform due diligence, and support PO creation with Russian inputs

- Monitor productivity and accuracy on daily, weekly, and monthly basis

- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives

- Follow SOPs, training manuals, and quality guidelines

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, deadlines, and client requirements

- Maintain strong communication and build effective stakeholder relationships

- Support Russian-language stakeholder communication for clarifications and query resolution

- Participate in weekly client calls and business reviews

- Handle requests with focus on timeliness and accuracy - receiving, validating, and processing

- Manage queries from customers and third-party stakeholders and follow up per escalation matrix

- Perform peer quality checks to minimize errors

- Work on personal development plan with supervisor

Required Skills:

- Mandatory: Proficiency in Russian - reading, writing, and speaking

- Good knowledge of Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, PR / SC handling, PO creation

- Proficient in MS Office

- Understanding of quality and productivity expectations

- Basic knowledge of end-to-end procurement lifecycle

Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time regular education - 10+2+3

- Experience: 1 to 4 years in procurement operations

- Language: Russian language proficiency is mandatory

- Shift: Flexible for night shifts
