We are hiring an experienced MIS & Reporting Analyst to support Collections Operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. If you have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, VBA, data analysis, and MIS reporting, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* 3–5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Reporting Analytics
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
* Experience with financial modeling, database management systems (DBMS), and data analysis tools
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
* Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle and B2B business processes is an advantage
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Willing to work from the Gurgaon office
* Flexible to work permanent night shifts

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources
* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of collections data
* Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and MIS reports
* Generate regular and ad hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging accounts
* Analyze collection trends and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
* Present reports and key performance metrics to management
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to enhance reporting systems and collections processes
* Maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance
* Assist in developing collection strategies and reporting frameworks
