We are looking for Customer Support Associates to join a dynamic Voice Process team in Mumbai. If you have excellent communication skills, prior voice process experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (including weekends)

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree is preferred
* Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
* Good coordination and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
* Willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolutions
* Meet project SLAs and performance targets
* Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Lodges, and other internal teams
* Update daily trackers and maintain accurate operational reports
* Support team productivity and collaborate effectively with team members
* Coach and assist colleagues whenever required
* Maintain healthy team dynamics and deliver excellent customer service
* Understand customer requirements and follow established processes, standards, and tools
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
