Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations
Location: Pune
Experience: 10–12 Years
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Qualification: Commerce Graduate with CA Inter Passed
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations to manage employee benefits, travel claims processing, and reimbursement operations for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Finance & Accounting (AP/AR) or HRO, client management, claims processing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Employee Benefits line of business, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
Review claims processed by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
Lead and manage a team of 25–40 resources, monitoring productivity and performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud, and opportunities for process improvement.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Prepare and publish performance reports to leadership.
Maintain process documentation and promote cross-skilling among team members.
Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
Oversee employee travel claims processing, reimbursements, and AP/AR reconciliation.
Required Experience
10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting (FnA), HRO, client management, or claims reimbursement operations.
Minimum 3–4 years of managerial experience handling teams of 25–40 resources.
Strong experience in employee travel claims processing and reimbursement for the Indian market.
Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and reconciliation.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, stakeholders, escalations, and operational performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Commerce Graduate with a minimum qualification of CA Inter Passed.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on operational excellence.
