Job Title : Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations to spearhead the Employee Benefits line of business and manage a team of processors handling employee travel claims and reimbursement operations.
The role requires strong experience in Finance & Accounting / HRO operations, client management, claims processing, team leadership, SLA/KPI management, stakeholder handling, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the Employee Benefits Line of Business and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Review claims processed by the team for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
Guide and manage a team of processors and monitor their overall performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Handle and resolve operational escalations effectively.
Publish performance reports and operational metrics to leadership.
Maintain proper process documentation and ensure effective cross-skilling of resources.
Ensure consistent achievement of defined SLAs and KPIs.
Drive process efficiency, quality, and customer-centric operations.
Required Experience
10–12 years of overall experience in relevant operations.
Experience in Finance & Accounting / HRO / Client Management.
Experience handling claim reimbursements, particularly employee travel claims.
Experience managing a team of 25–40 resources.
Minimum 3–4 years of managerial/team management experience.
Strong exposure to Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable reconciliation.
Experience in Employee Travel Claims Processing and Reimbursement for the India market.
