Hiring: Group Lead – Employee Benefits Operations | Pune

Experience: 10–12 Years
Team Handling: 25–40 resources | 3–4+ years as Manager
CTC: Up to ₹17 LPA
Shift: 9 AM–6 PM IST

What You’ll Do:
• Lead Employee Benefits / Travel Claims Operations
• Review claims for accuracy & completeness
• Handle stakeholders, escalations & act as SPOC
• Drive team performance, SLAs & KPIs
• Identify trends, process improvements & potential fraud
• Publish leadership reports & ensure process documentation/cross-skilling

Required:
• FnA/HRO background with AP/AR & employee travel claims experience
• Commerce Graduate; CA Inter passed
• Strong Excel/MS Office & SAP skills
• Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric and comfortable working under pressure
