Role: Graphic Designing Specialist

Band: BPO 3 (up to 9 LPA)

Location: Bangalore

Overview:

Design and deliver high-quality branding artifacts—including icons, graphs, templates, and video-based branding—using advanced

creative tools to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.

Formal Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

• Proven ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.

Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple)

• Certification in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Training or certification in marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Experience with web content management systems and tools like Synthesia.

• Additional qualifications in branding or content strategy are a plus.

Knowledge & Experience

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.

• Ability to create scalable design systems and video templates.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in motion graphics.

Behavioral Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and innovative in problem-solving.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Create branding elements such as icons, infographics, templates, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

• Develop video-based branding content using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce engaging visuals for digital and print media.

• Optimize graphics and videos for multiple platforms (web, social media, presentations).

• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to enhance brand aesthetics.

• Design and deliver branding-compliant templates, graphics, and animations.

• Develop visually appealing and effective marketing collateral for projects.

• Write and edit website content, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

• Use Adobe Creative Suite to design and modify banners, icons, and images.

Work Conditions

• Occasionally extended work hours may be needed to meet timelines.

• Ability to work 16*7 shift timings when required.

• Support the training sessions, presentations and meetings within counterparts/end client.

• Work from office – no remote working.

**PAN and DOB are required to create an employee profile in the database.**

**Graduation is compulsory.**

**Former and/or current TCS/Tata employees are not eligible.**
