Job Title: German Translator (Accounts Payable Support)

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled German Translator with 2–3 years of professional translation experience to support Accounts Payable (AP) operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent German language proficiency and be capable of translating business documents accurately while collaborating with finance and operations teams. Prior exposure to the Accounts Payable domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Translate documents, emails, invoices, and business communications from German to English and English to German.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) operations by translating finance-related documents and vendor communications.
Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and maintain complete confidentiality.
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication.
Review translated content to ensure linguistic accuracy and business relevance.
Manage multiple translation assignments while meeting deadlines.
Maintain proper documentation and follow organizational quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a German Translator.
Strong proficiency in German (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
Excellent English communication skills.
Prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Language, Commerce, or equivalent preferred).

Preferred Certification

German Language Certification (B2 or C1) preferred.
