Role Overview

We’re looking for a German Language Specialist with strong communication and analytical skills to support Cards Operations, Disputes & Collections.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day Cards Operations, including Disputes & Collections.
Handle client and stakeholder communication in German.
Prepare MIS reports and operational presentations.
Analyze data and deliver accurate insights within defined timelines.
Meet stringent client SLAs and operational deliverables.
Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues.

Must Have

2–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong German language skills – written and verbal.
Experience in Cards Operations, Disputes or Collections.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
Good presentation and client communication skills.
Ability to work within strict timelines and deliverables.
