We are hiring experienced Direct Sourcing professionals with 8–15 years of experience in strategic sourcing, direct procurement, category management, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for direct materials and production-related categories.
Lead supplier identification, qualification, onboarding, and performance management.
Drive commercial negotiations for pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service levels.
Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and sourcing governance.
Collaborate with operations, planning, engineering, finance, and quality teams.
Monitor market trends, supply risks, and commodity movements to ensure business continuity.
Drive cost savings, supplier optimization, and procurement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and audit requirements.
Required Skills:
Strategic Sourcing, Direct Procurement, Category Management, Supplier Management, Vendor Management, Commercial Negotiation, Contract Management, RFQ/RFP, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Analytics, Risk Management, Cost Optimization, Stakeholder Management, ERP Procurement Systems.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field. MBA/Procurement Certification preferred.

Experience: 8–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA
