Role: Delivery Manager – Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

Band: BPO5

Experience: 10–15 Years

Location: Pune

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations.
Ensure SLA, KPI, quality, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
Manage large teams and drive operational excellence.
Review dashboards, service metrics, and performance reports.
Handle client escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Support internal and external audits while ensuring process compliance.
Identify process gaps and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled transformation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and identify business growth opportunities.

Required Skills

10–15 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
Strong accounting and finance domain knowledge.
Experience managing large teams (100+ FTEs).
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.
Knowledge of Indian Accounting standards.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and AI-based transformation initiatives is preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Graduation is mandatory.
